Clarivate Analytics’ Web of Science Group recently released their annual list of Highly Cited Researchers, and we are pleased to announce that 58 investigators from the Mass General Research Institute made the list.
According to Web of Science Group, the Highly Cited Researchers list identifies scientists and social scientists who have demonstrated significant influence through publication of multiple papers, highly cited by their peers, during the last decade.
For the 2020 report, the papers surveyed were the most recent papers available—those published and cited during 2009-2019 and which then ranked in the top 1% by citations for their essential science indicator (ESI) field and year (the definition of a highly cited paper).
Please join us in saying congratulations to this year’s class of highly cited researchers!
